We've had an overwhelming positive response to the Aleri-Coral8 merger which we announced on Monday. Across the board, customers, partners and analysts have offered strong support and great interest in our new combined product family.
There has been one instance of an unfounded misrepresentation regarding the future Aleri product family. I'd like to take this opportunity to reiterate the position we stated when we announced the merger, and provide emphatic guidance to the market, partners and customers.
Aleri has communicated to customers, press, and analysts that we will continue to maintain and enhance both the Coral8 and Aleri CEP engines and will continue to support users of both products. We have also communicated our intent, in the longer term, to build a next-generation CEP engine that combines the best of both engines and moves the state of CEP technology forward. In doing so, we are absolutely committed to providing forward compatibility, allowing customers to easily move any and all applications from older product versions to the next generation platform. We have put this in writing and stand behind our claims. We believe in transparency and – as always – will be developing our product roadmap with input from, and full visibility to, our customers.
Aleri continues to engineer the best products for our customers, expand our offerings, and provide substantiated proof-points of the value of these products:
We are more than happy to engage in an open forum to discuss these and other proof-points, and the future of our products. We will let our happy and satisfied customers speak for us as well. After all, that is only true proof point that matters.
Aleri offers you a vendor with integrity; one that will be honest with you and make your success an integral part of their culture. Our focus is on making our customers successful, both current and future. If any customer has any concerns, we welcome an open dialog with them, and are willing to put our above compatibility statement in writing and openly share our product roadmap with them.
