CEP Becomes Mainstream - Forrester Research

However, during the past year, it has begun to enter the enterprise computing mainstream,” said the Forrester Research report titled “The Forrester Wave™: Complex Event Processing (CEP) Platforms,” Q3 2009. “…the number of vendors that have built advanced tools for both developers and business end users is a sign that the market is maturing.

“…the technology’s number of potential customers is likely to rise,” said Forrester in the report.
